How much does Tawasel cost in the UAE?
Plans start at AED 99/month for Starter, AED 279/month for Growth, and AED 549/month for Pro. Save up to 20% on annual billing. All prices in AED with VAT-compliant invoicing.
Are there setup fees or hidden costs?
No. Plans are the only invoice you'll see, plus the optional add-ons you add yourself. Migration is offered as a fixed-price service if you want us to move things for you.
What about WhatsApp's own message fees?
Meta charges per delivered message, not per conversation — it retired the 24-hour conversation window as a billing unit on 1 July 2025. Rates are set by Meta and depend on category and your customers' country. For UAE numbers, marketing messages currently run around AED 0.16–0.18 and utility or authentication messages around AED 0.039–0.057. Service messages — your replies within 24 hours of a customer messaging you first — are free. We pass all of these through at cost — we never mark them up.
Can I get a quote in USD or SAR?
We bill in AED to keep things clean for UAE businesses. If you're international or based in another GCC country and need USD or SAR, contact us for a tailored quote.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes prorate to the day. Cancel any time too — we don't lock you into annual contracts unless you choose annual billing.
