Are there setup fees or hidden costs?
No setup fee. Your subscription and optional add-ons are separate from Meta messaging charges. Contact us about migration assistance.
What about WhatsApp's own message fees?
From 1 October 2026, each business phone number receives 1,000 free service messages per month. Meta charges for additional delivered service messages at the applicable recipient-country rate, unless a free-entry-point exemption applies. This counts messages, not conversations, and is separate from your Tawasel subscription. Template messages follow their own Meta pricing rules. Check

Can I get a quote in USD or SAR?
We bill in AED to keep things clean for UAE businesses. If you're international or based in another GCC country and need USD or SAR, contact us for a tailored quote.
Can I switch plans later?
Manage your subscription in Billing. Review the effective date and any charges shown at checkout before confirming a change.
Do you offer a free trial?
