These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tawasel platform (tawasel.io and app.tawasel.io) operated by Quantops AI Solutions, Abu Dhabi, UAE ("Tawasel", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Tawasel you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
Tawasel provides a WhatsApp Business CRM platform — including a shared team inbox, AI-assisted reply drafting, broadcast messaging, and customer data management — via the official Meta WhatsApp Business API. We are a Meta Business Solution Provider (BSP). Your use of WhatsApp messaging is also subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and all activity under your account.
Each plan includes a defined number of team member seats. Additional seats may be purchased as add-ons. You may not share a single seat credential among multiple individuals.
You are responsible for owning or having rights to any phone number you connect to Tawasel. Numbers must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business API eligibility requirements.
You agree not to use Tawasel to:
Violations may result in immediate account suspension. We will notify you unless prohibited by law.
Plans are billed monthly or annually in AED. Prices shown include applicable UAE VAT. Annual plans are billed upfront. We issue VAT-compliant invoices for all payments.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months except where required by UAE consumer protection regulations.
We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices, by email and in-app notification.
Your use of personal data within Tawasel (including your customers' WhatsApp messages) is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are the data controller for your customer conversations; Tawasel processes them as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for obtaining lawful consent from your customers to message them via WhatsApp.
Tawasel and all related software, branding, and content are owned by Quantops AI Solutions. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your business purposes during your subscription. You retain ownership of your data and customer conversations.
We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the Tawasel platform. Planned maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Support is available in English and Arabic via hello@tawasel.io.
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Tawasel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption — arising from your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you materially breach these Terms, particularly the Acceptable Use provisions. On termination you may export your data within 30 days; after that period it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts of Abu Dhabi.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of Tawasel after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
